After the business portion of my trip was over, Billy and Bailey joined me in Calgary for a fun-filled adventure!

The first picture is the Calgary Centre as you approach it from Deerfoot Trail.  Check out the flower made out of marbles.  Of course, no trip to Prince's Island Park, along the Bow River, is complete without a roll down the hill!  I had the camera, so there was no evidence of my roll!

Calgary definitely lives up to it's nickname - 'Cowtown!'  This is the playground area on Prince's Island Park.

Here are more pictures of the Bow River and Prince's Island Park Lagoon.  We were exhausted from our day, but it was still light at 10:30 PM.

It was Stampede time, the largest outdoor rodeo, and everything was decorated with the theme!  I always stay at the Sheraton Suites in the Eau Claire area.  This was perfect for our family as there is an indoor pool complete with water slides!  WE had fun!

Is this the car that took us to the zoo?  We went to the Calgary Zoo and it was so much fun!  We started in Prehistoric Land and then went to the large mammals, Conservatory, Africa and Canadian Wilds.
