New York City - 2007 Family Trip

Just like our 2006 NYC trip, Bailey and I went up a day earlier for some 'retail therapy' and walks in the park.  We had so much fun and I am sure our neighbors thought we were nuts from someone ringing the door bell so much to our room at the Le Parker Meridien!  Our room overlooked Central Park and we spent plenty of time in the covered roof top pool!

Bailey's resting nook at the Continental President's Club.  As we were walking, Bailey found this pole in the fire station.  The fireman told her that she could come in and slide down if she wanted....  So, she did!

I ran a 10K run in NYC.  Showing off my medal!  We need more hills in Houston to train for things like this.

No time to rest after the 10K for we were off to a matinee of Mary Poppins!  We have seen a lot of plays/musicals and this was one of our favorites!

That evening, we went and saw Mamma Mia.  Bailey and I are huge Abba fans (my 6th time to see it).  Of course, we ate at Stage's Deli and got plenty of candy from the M&M store in Time Square!

A great day in Central Park!  We had breakfast, rode the merry go round and popped out to go to Butercup Bakery (yum!).
